Your website refers people to a FAQ page for information.  The FAQ page actually contains no information, and actually no Questions!  just 2 headings with links, which are in so much jargon that I have no idea what they mean.

The website has no information on the program, it's purpose, goals, no information on who is eligible for funding, or for what kinds of projects, absolutely no overview whatsoever.  This is one of the poorest websites I've seen for a decade.

I want to know about the program in general, who is eligible to apply, how the community can get involved in bringing broadband services to rural areas.   I notice that there are workshops, all located in large metropolitan areas, and the closest well over 1000 miles away.

Please post information on this website that the general public can understand, and also send me a copy of some overview materials.
