PACE Adult Computer Literarcy/Broadband Technology Training

Hi  - we are wanting to submit a Proposal for ARRA moneys for continuation of our computer/broadband classes.  I was told the 'rules' came out today and I'm looking for that document and application.  Can you help me out please?  Thanks so much.
