Bruce Josten, Executive Vice President for Government Affairs at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, urging the NTIA to adopt rules that would award Broadband Technology Opportunities Program grants funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 on an expedited basis to reputable applicants who demonstrate that they have ready-to-go projects that will bring broadband to unserved areas or spur broadband adoption.
