I have two quick questions:

1. I notice that many people have written in asking to be put on your mailing list. Is there a mailing list, or is the RSS feed its functional equivalent? If there is a mailing list of which I am not aware, please add me to it.

2. When will RFP's (AKA NOFA's) be issued? Are there deadlines for the submission of information, and if so, what are they? Are there any other submission requirements of which I am not aware? If so, I would be grateful if you could add me to any mailing list or tell me where - online or off - I can access this information.
