Sirs We are rural Internet Provider in NW Illinois. We are trying to reach users that live outside of the urban areas of Jo Daviess and Stephenson Counties. We would like to know of any grant opportunities available in our region. We have sold dial up Internet for 10 years and now are providing broadband to our customers.
