Please be advised that Rural Broadcasting Service (RBS) working on
behalf of Rural Community Broadcasting Service (RCBS) a 501(c)3 Non-
Profit Corporation dedicated to the expansion and implementation of
Rural Broadband Capability in all Rural areas of Louisiana, wish to
participate and engage with the BTOP initiative to take full
advantage of resources made available to bring rural Louisiana areas
into the 21st Century Broadband Technology World.

RBS has implementing and tested technology capabilities in Rural
Louisiana, for the past five years. Please Visit the RBS web site at
