Request to be put on email recipient list for underserved broadbant area grants

Dear NTIA -



The state of Oregon asked us to participate in a grant process regarding the
telecom grant provisions of the American Recovery and Reinvestment ACT
(ARRA).  We received a letter from Oregon state (Govern Kulongoski's office)
stating that NTIA and USDA (RUS) are still reviewing the grant rules for
these projects.



We would like to make a grant filing when the rules become available.  Call
Plan has been a carrier in Oregon since 2002 and has the experience to
deploy a successful broadband project to benefit Oregon state.
