NTIA filed a letter addressing the public safety, homeland security and cybersecurity elements of the National Broadband Plan being drafted by the FCC. NTIA also submitted a supplementary White Paper entitled "Executive Branch Views on Public Safety, Homeland Security and Cybersecurity Elements of a National Broadband Plan."
