Advanced wireless technologies offer myriad new communications opportunities. Wireless services are now an integral part of the telecommunications environment and may be an alternative to or supplement many local telecommunications services traditionally offered by wireline providers. This December 17th forum, the second of a series, explored alternative visions of Wireless Local Loop in the United States and examined corresponding national policy issues.
