The NTIA Low-Power Television and Translator Upgrade Program provides reimbursement funds for the Digital Upgrade of existing analog facilities or their corresponding Digital Companion Channel.

This program accepts reimbursement applications on a monthly basis and is scheduled to conclude in 2012 or when funds are depleted.
