New at NTIA 2010 Contraband Cell Phones in Prisons, Possible Wireless Technology Solutions: NTIA, in coordination with the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), the Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP), and the National Institute of Justice (NIJ), has identified and evaluated several
