Dear Ms. Scarlett:

Thank you for the opportunity to comment on the above referenced item.

We urge the continued and expedited development of broadband services for persons with disabilities, this is particularly vital. Broadband allows the receiver of information to receive it anyway they choose, regardless of how it is sent-thus a person who is deaf could read the information and a person who is blind could hear it.

II Questions

A. We feel that access for all should be the most important consideration.

B. Comment witheld.

C. We feel there is a strong demand for Broadband Services because of the new opportunities they can create for persons with disabilities.

D. Yes, a goal of "access for all" should be adapted. The Access Board should issue proposed regulations to make sure Broadband is accessible to persons with disabilities.

E. Comment witheld.

F. Perhaps there could be a period of looser regulation for broadband as it is developed.

Thank you for the opportunity to comment.

Sincerely,

David Eichenauer
