Hello,
My name is Philip Bjorge, a 15 year old student, and have been following this net neutrality debate rather closely.

It is my opinion that the US government needs to maintain the current neutrality that I already enjoy. Please stop the telecommunications companies from implementing a two-tiered system and please maintain a free and open internet.
