1. it should be free for all, enough bandwidth for at least the most basic tasks and expandible to fitvirtually any situation.

2. it should be private, safe from prying eyes of where you have been or where you are going. keeping the mind set for great ideas to flow freely without worry

3. it should be neutral, high traffic networks should not be penalized for their popularity, but embraced at no cost for the benefit of the people
