my opinion on a few things

if we are paying for up to 30 mps why do we only recieve 10?
there needs to be a system for what we pay for. its like buying a
candy bar and only getting one third of it.
spyware, trojans, viruses, etc need to be stopped now. outlaw them
and fine them severly, jail time nessisary. the serve no perpose but
to slow us down.
