Dear Sirs
I don't mind corporations controlling exclusive pipelines
wherein they process
data at a preferential rate. However I would deem it inexcusible
for anyone to
apply selection criteria on the pipelines they control that
serve to delete, sensor,
slow or otherwise impair someone else's messages. That would
include a
corporate entity deleting or slowing an undesireable email
from an unfriendly
union or competitor.
Otherwise I would severely object to investments in privately
managed and operated
pipelines becoming an infrastructure that would impair the
development of other
pipelines; in investments in fast lines predominates it would
cause other media to
wither away pretty soon on lack of investment.
Thanks
