Subject: go net neutrality

Although I am only a teenager, I wish that the internet remain neutral. By
prioritizing the quality of service by how much the given person/company
"sponsors" the company seems entirely unfair. Basically I want to suggest
that if anything the Internet remain one tiered, and that although this may
mean crappy service (especially with the popularity of video streaming) it
is at least a more fair form of service.
