Subject: How the Internet Should Be Run

The Internet should be run without any "ruling", but letting the
users do everything, but the government should be there to make sure
no serious crimes are comitted. Also, the RIAA and MPAA should not
be allowed to enforce their DRM the way they are, they are practicaly
running the internet.
