the internet should be run exactly the way it has been run. tier structuring
the internet is the worst possible thing that can happen. if i pay for the
internet i expect to get it. i dont want to be forced to have to pay comcast
for their phone service just because they have the ability to cap the speed
of a competitor.

the biggest thing that should be done as far as the internet in this country
is that the companies who said they would deliver at least 45Mbps to
actually deliver. they were given about $200 billion dollars in tax cuts and
they have done nothing. here is a link with more information.
