I believe that a national Fiber line should be installed and available to
the public through ISP's which pay for rights to that area, but a price cap
should be put on the internet so as to prevent overly high prices for
internet. I also think that installing malware/spyware/viruses should become
a felony if that person didn't consent to it. That way the tracking the
government is already doing on internet usage could be put to a good use,
catching those who spread the aforementioned.
