Subject: The Internet needs to be free.
Through free thought, free expression, and un restricted modes
of
communication the world has become a better place. With relax
restrictions
on the internet, the economic and social aspects of our world
will continue
to blossom as ideas flow effortlessly through hyperspace. Of
course the
internet is a scary place in which terrible ideas may be passed
as well, but
consider this: Why restrict the flow of any ideas as those
terrible ideas
will eventually root themselves out. Rather than have large
cartels patrol
the internet and filter through peoples personal beliefs and
ideas, why not
support education in free thought, right choices, and morals.
If large
companies are given permission to take over our internet (
the intertwined
privately opperated links between computers across the globe)
the true
believers in revolutionary free thought will most certainly
find newer and
better ways to pass their information freely. If large telecoms
take over
the internet, who know what could happen. They are lobbying
for a profit, not for the people.
