...I am leaving my comments regarding Internet governance.

Please leave the Internet alone.
There is already too much regulation now.
I remember an almost ideal time in the early 90s before the Internet
became so popular.
So much has been ruined since then.
If it is governed much more, the Internet will likely one day split
into a multitude of smaller, country-wide mini-internets. That can not
be a win-win situation for anyone.
