Stop messing with it. You no longer control what happens. No one really
does anymore. Just let it be, every government attempt to tighten a grip
on the net will lead to resentment and more of it slipping through your
fingers.

Most importantly, remember that it is a shared resource for all to enjoy
as well as contribute to, and one government's idea of 'enjoy' will ever
fairly represent what is truly the will of all users.

The US government has been painfully obvious in its pressuring of ICANN
recently, and oppressing a simple and useful thing like a segregated
area of the net where you cannot claim to be surprised by the content
was a real waste of time and effort.
