Subject: Pretty simple viewpoint.

Since the Internet is global I see no reason why just the US
government should own it. It hasn't really been a problem up till now
where the US government is talking about breaking net neutrality and I
don't see why they should be able to make decisions which affect so
many other countries without any other input.

This is why the internet needs an international body. The internet may
have started with ARPA but it wasn't the US that made the internet
what it is today. It was the WORLD.
