1. No good can come from privatizing the Internet. Keep it under open international supervision.
2. Internet speed is constant (approximately speed of light less transit times through routers); only bandwidth varies. Do not be duped by commercial or sovereign-national arguments for multi-tiered speed- keep the entire Internet open to everyone.
3. Powerful interests with capital want to control the Internet to make more capital- it's in the nature of capital. Prevent commercial control.
4. No single government or entity should have control over the Internet. The Internet spans all countries, languages, and cultures. Keep it open.
