Subject: Internet

Hello,

1. No good can come from privatizing the Internet. Keep it under open international supervision.

2. Internet speed is constant (approximately speed of light less transit times through routers); only bandwidth varies. Do not be duped by commercial or sovereign-national arguments for multi-tiered speed- keep the entire Internet open to everyone.

3. Powerful interests with capital want to control the Internet to make more capital- it's in the nature of capital. Prevent commercial control.

4. No single government or entity should have control over the Internet. The Internet spans all countries, languages, and cultures. Keep it open.
