Subject: How the internet should be run

China is unable to stop this rolling giant of information called the internet. Humans want freedom and freedom comes from information. To that end, the internet is the best thing that happened to the US government since taxes.

Part of me thinks that we should maintain all control over DNS and just ask input from other countries when there's reason. That part of me thinks of other international groups like the UN, frought with corruption an burrocracy. The internet would be poor-served if it becomes another bloated committee. I don't want that.

Another part of me thinks that we should give out the control across the world. Since the internet is such a hard worker in spreading freedom through information, perhaps it should be included in NATO! Our biggest democratic internet-users are already there and it's an organization based around defense against communism. This would be incredibly ironic and convenient confrontation happes with China.

Thanks for getting our input on this one!
