The Internet is the instrument of our future.
It is critical that this vital infrastructure remain free of commercial interest.
A non-profit foundation controlled by non-profit, non-governmental institutions with an interest in the free flow of information is strongly recommended.
The Internet is global, not national, with participation and cooperation of people all over the world.
The Internet should always remain the domain of The People.
