Subject: Internet Suggestions

I have used the internet for 10 years. In comparison to many other things, this seems like a short period of time. In relation to the internet, 10 years is a very long time. I have enjoyed the internet and can see no reason why it should even be changed. It's free enterprise in action and it's working. People are able to make a living where they might have been idle before the internet opened so many possibilities.

I get sick when I hear about such things as having to pay per connection, taxation of internet usage, privatization, and many other ideas that may or may not be true, but cause anxiety and controversy. Have you ever heard this? If it ain't broke - don't fix it! I would prefer to see the internet stay exactly how it is now. Leave large corporations out of the mix. They are after the dollar, and frankly, the average citizen can't afford a quality connection to the internet or maybe any connection at all as it is. Letting big money run the show will drive people away. Trying to add too many controls will too.
