Subject: How the Internet Should Be Run

1. The Government should not try to reduce the amount of viruses and
spam by regulating and controlling the Internet. Instead, there needs to be
a system of reporting websites and downloads, which can be dealt with on a
case by case basis, either by an agency or by volunteers.
2. ISP's should definitely NOT have the power to block or prefer
different websites. This infringes upon the website owners freedom of
speech, and will lead to an almost mafia-esque system of collecting money
from websites.
