To the U.S. Department of Commerce:

As a citizen of the United States, I speak for our need to support the
collective governance of the world to ensure stabilisty and freedom for
ouselves included. The US government does have a key role in Internet
governance, and that role is to facilitate empowerment of the rest of the
world to be invovled.

The Internet needs to be governed in a interdependent methodology.

It is apaulling that the united states would feel obligated to take a
special interest in such a crucial open source as the internet.

The ICANN contract should be discontinued and ICANN should become a
non-profit, international governance organaization.

I hope for the best for the International coorperation for the stability
of the internet.
