Dear NTIA -
I feel very strongly that the control of the DNS servers should be moved to a non-political, non-militarly linked, merit-based international consortium group.
In an increasingly violent, unstable, and polarized world, it is my view that the root DNS services should not be dependent on any one country (even if it was my own in the U.S.).
Every country should have the capacity to keep their local country Internet running irregardless of some politically contrived and/or manufactured conflict with another country.
The Internet must be designed to survive through and weather the politicians that would do harm to it, or use it for illicit purposes.
