The internet is what it is - fast, reliable, dependable, and that is, in part, due to ICANN's work. Although I believe that no one country should control the internet, I also think that before handing over the reigns to whomever wants a piece of action, there need to be very specific policies and procedures written up as to what are the acceptable levels of reliability, redunance, security, etc. etc.

Also, I support Net Neutrality and I VOTE!!!
