NTIA issued a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for management and coordination of the usTLD. On July 16, responses to all questions received in response to this solicitation were posted as Amendment 1. On July 17, an amended answer to Question 36 in Amendment 1 was posted as Amendment 2. Amendment 3 was posted on July 23, clarifying the meaning of "Close of Business" for responses.
