Rural and Small Market TV Roundtable

The National Telecommunications and Information Administration ("NTIA") of the U.S. Department of Commerce is conducting a public inquiry that considers possible solutions to providing new opportunities for viewers to receive local television services in underserved rural and small markets. The scope of the inquiry covers the technological, economic, and legal dimensions of the issue. NTIA serves as the President's principal adviser on telecommunications and information policies.

COMMENTS: Written comments must be filed on or before April 14, 2000. Written reply comments must be filed on or before May 15, 2000. You may submit written comments in paper or electronic form (please see the Federal Register notice for format information).
