PTFP Rules
The PTFP Rules are regulations adopted by NTIA to administer the PTFP program.
Current (1996) Rules. The current PTFP Rules were published on November 8, 1996, and apply to all Active PTFP grants and those grants within the 10-year Federal Interest Period.Policy Statements
