The following information is for historical purposes only.
PTFP no longer accepts applications.

All applicants must file a summary of their application with their State Telecom Agency if their state has a State Telecom Agency.

Broadcast applicants must file with the State Telecom Agency in all states served by the project.
Nonbroadcast applicants are only required to notify the State Telecom Agency in their state.

If a relevant state/agency is on the following list, send the agency only copies of the Standard Form 424 and page PTFP 2 of the application form, but your cover letter should state explicitly that a copy of the rest of the application is available upon request.

Applicants are not required to include copies of their State Telecom materials in their PTFP applications.
