Teri Dowling

Teri Dowling is the Director of Project Reggie, a client registration system for low income persons living with HIV/AIDS in San Francisco who need health and human services. During her over 30 years in public service, Teri has worked with the city and county of San Francisco in a number of capacities including the Director of Public Health Education with the Department of Public Health and Director of Senior Information and Referral with the San Francisco Commission on Aging.

In addition to serving over the years on a number of community boards of directors, Teri has been a volunteer with the Peace Corps and a consultant to the American Association of Retired Persons and the Academy for Education Development.
