Brandon succeeded Barry as Executive Director in May, 1998. Prior to coming to CTI, she worked as an employment counselor for deaf and hard of hearing people, a job that spurred her interest in working to improve the social services delivery system. She graduated with honors from Wesleyan University where she studied sociology and music.
