Russell Combs serves as director of the ACEnet Tech
Ventures Programs Division. He is responsible for overseeing
the Student Entrepreneur Training (SET) Program and the
Computer Training Center Program. In addition, he is involved
in the design and deployment of an innovative technical
assistance program for the businesses located in the ACEnet
Technical Business Incubator and markets the incubator
and its benefits locally, nationally and internationally.
Before joining ACEnet, he lived in western New York
where he served as director of an economic development
zone and its business incubation facilities. There,
he and his team built a nationally recognized technical
assistance program which stimulated the economic growth
of rural Alleghany County.
