Roger Hansen is Planning Team Leader in
the Provo Area Office (Utah), Bureau of Reclamation. He
is currently working on several applied research projects
dealing with real-time environmental monitoring systems
designed to improve decisionmaking, including the Sevier
River Basin: Water Resource Management Network.
These monitoring systems are being linked to the
Internet to provide more universal distribution of
historic and real-time information. Roger also has
an interest in retrofitting low-cost automation technologies
onto existing water control structures.
