Christopher M. Masi is director of the West
Suburban Center for Integrative Medicine, and attending
physician, West Suburban Health Care, Department of Internal
Medicine. (Oak Park, Illinois) Dr. Masi is a native of
Baltimore, Maryland, and received his M.D. from the University
of Illinois. He is also a doctoral candidate in the School
of Social Service Administration at the University of Chicago.
Dr. Masi is the project director of the TOP-funded
project Every
Block A Village Online, a winner of the Models
That Work (MTW) award. He has taught Internal Medicine
and Physical Diagnosis at the University of Chicago.
He is a member of the American College of Physicians;
the Society of General Internal Medicine; the American
Public Health Association; Physicians for Social Responsibility;
the American College of Occupational and Environmental
Medicine; and the American Medical Informatics Association.
