Curtis White is President of Allied Communications,
Inc., a Washington, DC-based telecommunications company
specializing in bundled and broadband products and services.
Allied designed and developed the "Sm@rt Home Community" prototype
in Washington, DC, a model for deploying advanced communications
in the affordable housing sector. He has broad experience
in domestic and international communications, including
licensing, joint ventures, and multi-party negotiations.
His regulatory experience includes common carrier, cable,
wireless services, broadcast and DBS. In addition to serving
as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Allied Communications,
Mr. White serves on the Boards of Southeastern University
and the Institute of International Trade and Development.
He earned his J.D. from the Georgetown University
Law Center, where he also served as an Adjunct Professor
of Communications Law, and undergraduate degrees from
Florida A&M University. He maintains active memberships
in the Bars of the District of Columbia, most U.S.
District Courts of Appeals, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
