Can I save my work and come back to it at a later time?
Yes, each tool has the ability for you to save your work and return at a later time.

What browsers can you use to access the online tools?
TOP's Online Tools were developed and tested on multiple versions of Internet Explorer and Netscape and should be compatible with both.

How can people with disabilities access these tools?
The same forms included in TOP's Online Tools can be accessed directly from TOP. If you can not access any of the forms, please contact the TOP office at (202) 482-2048 and request copies be sent to you.

I am trying to print the SF 424, how do I get ride of the word draft?
The watermark draft indicates that you have not "Locked" your application. To print a copy of the SF-424 without the word "Draft" appearing, you should return to the "Application Management" section and click on "Lock."

What will you do with my contact information?
NTIA will maintain your contact information for system management purposes only.

Why do I see the message "Invalid Session" after I log in and try to access TOP's Online Tools?
Certain users may encounter the error message "Invalid Session" after they have logged onto the system and attempt to use one of TOP's Online Tools. The error message "Invalid Session" appears because the computer used is switching IP addresses as the user moves through TOP's system. TOP system's security does not allow address switching in order to prevent session hijacking and hacker entry. Remedy: If you encounter the message "Invalid Session," please inform your network/system administrators of the information above. If your network/system administrators are unable to solve the problem, please have them contact the ONLINE TOOLS HELP DESK.
