TOP's Online Tools

Welcome to TOP's Online Tools. TOP has developed these tools to ease the process of applying for a grant, registering to be a reviewer of grant applications, and tracking your status if you've been selected to review. Currently, TOP's Online Tools include:

ONLINE GRANT APPLICATION TOOLS. A set of tools to make the process of filling out your application forms easier and your budget information more accurately. Warning: Before using this tool to prepare your application forms, you must carefully review the rules for submitting a complete application, found in the Announcement. Failure to follow the procedures for submitting an application by the deadline will result in rejection of your application.

As an alternative to using the online tools, you can download the .PDF versions of these forms from TOP's Grants Management page.
APPLY TO BE A REVIEWER FOR TOP. If you would like to be considered as a reviewer for any future grant round, you are welcome to log on and fill out a reviewer information form. At any time, you can return to this site and modify or update your reviewer profile. Through the email address you provide us, we will alert you to any future reviewer opportunities.
TRACK A REVIEWER'S STATUS. If you are approved as a reviewer, this tool will allow you to access basic reviewer travel and procurement information.

If you haven't used TOP's Online Tools before, you must first create an account with a login name and password through our REGISTRATION MODULE.

Once you have created an account, you will then be able to access the online tools directly through our LOGIN SCREEN.
