Federal Environmental Law Compliance Resources
Guidance and resources for conducting environmental reviews of PSIC projects are available from numerous sources. The websites listed below are relevant to NEPA evaluations for many of the PSIC projects.
Grantees are encouraged to consult these resources so that they can help NTIA and other agencies evaluate PSIC projects using sound science and current data. There are likely to be many other readily available sources of guidance and resources that grantees can access to facilitate NEPA evaluations of PSIC projects. However, caution should be exercised when consulting material provided by non-governmental or advocacy groups. Delivery of old or incorrect data to NTIA in support of PSIC environmental reviews could delay NEPA analyses, compliance determinations, and project funding authorizations.
