Prior to the acceptance and approval of the PSIC Investment Justifications, the program held four one-day PSIC Grant Program Investment Justifications Workshops at the following locations:

In addition to these workshops, the PSIC Grant Program provided technical assistance through the Interoperable Communications Technical Assistance Program (ICTAP), to States, Territories, Tribal governments and local governments, so that Statewide Communications Interoperability Plans (SCIP) and Investment Justifications (IJ) submitted to the PSIC Grant Program address Program requirements.
