The software prevented students from accessing sites relevant to science classes on plant reproduction and drug information. 2. The software did not prevent students from accessing sexually explicit cites. 3. Some parents wanted the students to have filters and others did not. 4. We felt that clear guidelines and consequences worked best for our students in making them responsible for their actions. 5. Filtering software gives one a false sense of protection.
