The meeting is open to public participation. Limited seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Doors open at 8:15 a.m. This program is physically accessible to people with disabilities. Requests for sign language interpretation or other ancillary aids should be directed to Amy Flatten (202-482-1866) at least five (5) working days prior to the forum.
