What is the definition of the EL-CID acronym?
EL-CID stands for the Equipment Location Certification
Information Database. The main purpose of the
EL-CID is the creation and maintenance of spectrum
certification applications for major U.S. Federal
telecommunication systems along with their supporting
equipment and location data.
Where can I get a copy of the EL-CID
software?
Requests for the EL-CID software should be sent
to the EL-CID Help email address: elcidhelp@jsc-eses.com
Can I use the EL-CID software to submit
Federal Government equipment certifications to
NTIA?
Contact either Craig Scammon (cscammon@ntia.doc.gov)
or Stephen Butcher (sbutcher@ntia.doc.gov)
for directions on how to submit Federal Government
equipment certifications using EL-CID.
