| Applications submitted at this time for television broadcast projects will NOT be accepted and will be returned. |
Emergency Applications.
| PTFP may accept television and radio emergency applications due to catastrophic damage to equipment as a result of a natural or manmade disaster. If you believe that your station has suffered such damage, please review Section 2301.10 of the PTFP Rules and the FY 2003 Notice of Closing Date, and then contact PTFP at (202) 482-5802. |

Submitting an Application
This Web site contains the following information which will be useful in submitting your PTFP application. This information can be accessed from this page or directly from the menu on the left.
| Application Form | We suggest that you complete your application form on-line. It will provide instructions for each question, automatic review for completeness and check all math. The form is also available for downloading via Adobe. |
| Preparing an Application | Detailed guidelines on how you can best respond to the evaluation criteria and assemble your application for the reviewers. |
| Equipment Lists | Lists of eligible and ineligible equipment, including detailed equipments lists with suggested costs for Radio, Television, Digital Television, and Distance Learning projects. |
